Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the product is faulty or damaged, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
She Lion Group Pty Ltd (ACN 167 994 130), whose registered office is situated at suite 8, 200 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC Australia 3056 (She Lion), invites users of Facebook, Instagram Inc and Twitter, resident in Australia to participate in competitions run by She Lion on these social media platforms (Competitions).
Such Competitions are the sole responsibility of She Lion and entrants should contact She Lion, not the relevant social media platform, in relation to Competitions.
Competitions administered by She Lion commence when instructions about the competition are posted by She Lion to any official She Lion social media account (Competition Post) and close on the date and time (Australian Eastern Standard Time) provided in the relevant Competition Post (Competition Time).
To enter a Competition, during the Competition time, entrants must:
She Lion will select the winning entry at random within 24 hours of the Competition Time ending. She Lion’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via the social media account used to enter the competition. The winner must then provide She Lion with their contact email address within 48 hours of notification to arrange receipt of the prize. She Lion accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided email or telephone information.
The prize must be taken as stated in the Competition Post and cannot be varied. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
She Lion (its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition, the promotion of the Competition or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
She Lion takes no responsibility for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
She Lion reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion, to disqualify an entrant if She Lion has reason to believe the entrant has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Competition Terms, the Competition Post or any relevant law, or if the entry is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Each entrant irrevocably releases the social media platform on which the Competition is promoted (ie, Facebook, Instagram Inc and/or Twitter), from any actions, claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of the Competition. Each entrant acknowledges that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, the social media platform on which it is promoted.
By submitting your entry, you grant She Lion the right and permission (except where prohibited by law) to copy, reproduce, encode, store, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when, duration, or the number of times), the photo entry and your social media account name for purposes of administering and advertising the competition, without additional review, compensation, notice to, or approval from you or any other party, unless prohibited by law. By submitting your entry with the designated hashtag, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information described above.
The laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, govern these Competition Terms and the website Terms and Conditions, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
